BeginnerYTTCLet's Be Direct About This
Most people come to yoga training for a mix of reasons. Maybe you've been practicing for a while and teaching feels like the next step. Maybe you're taking time out to figure out what you actually want to do. Maybe you're already a fitness instructor and you want something deeper. Maybe you just needed to stop and learn something properly. We don't think that's a problem. We think it's honest. This isn't a certification-in-a-box or a resume line. It's 25 days of actual training. You'll spend time in the studio every single day. You'll learn how to teach because you'll teach. You'll learn yoga philosophy not because it's on an exam, but because it changes how you see things. We've run this program many times. We know what works. And we know that people leave here feeling capable, grounded, and clear about what they've actually learned.
This is a 200-hour training structured across 25 days. It follows the Yoga Alliance standard —which means your certificate will be recognized internationally. But that's not why you're here. You're here to build real skills. To understand your own body and breath. To learn how to teach people without hurting them. To think about what yoga actually is, beyond what Instagram shows you.
Morning — We start early. Pranayama and breathing work, then asana practice. You're learning alignment not as a theory but as something you feel in your body.
Mid-morning — Hands-on adjustments and alignment refinement. This is where technique gets sharp. You learn how to touch people safely. You practice on each other. Afternoon — Philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology. We move between the conceptual and the practical. You're building the framework for why you teach what you teach.
Evening — You teach. Real sequences, real people, real feedback. This is where it gets honest. You'll stumble. You'll refine. By the end, you'll know how to run a class.

What's Not Included
1. Aditya Ratudi
He's been teaching yoga for over a decade. Flexibility and handstands are his main thing, but what you'll notice is he breaks everything down clearly. He can teach a beginner and an advanced student in the same room because he understands the progressions. He's patient. He'll correct you without making you feel small.
2. Dharmendra Tomar
Hatha yoga specialist. He moves slowly and precisely. His thing is understanding how poses actually work in the body, not just what they look like. He's good with people who are skeptical or coming from other movement practices.
3. Aditya Rana
Pranayama specialist. He's not woo-woo about breathing—he understands the physiology and how to sequence breath work so it actually lands. His teaching is grounded in experience. All three are 500-hour certified. All have been doing this work for years, not months. They're here to teach, not to perform.

IntermediateYTTC200-hour training taught you how to stand in front of a room. This one asks a different question: what kind of teacher are you actually going to become? This isn't a repeat of what you already know, and it isn't a badge collection exercise. It's 40 days of going deeper into the things the 200-hour level only had time to introduce — your own practice, your own voice, your own understanding of why you teach what you teach. You'll leave the 200-hour training able to run a class. You'll leave this one with something harder to fake: a teaching style that's actually yours. We've trained thousands of teachers through our network, and we've built an audience of nearly 2 million people across social media who watch how we teach yoga, day in and day out. That's not a marketing line — it's the reason we know what separates a teacher who's good on day one from a teacher who's still good five years in.
This is a 300-hour training structured across 40 days, built to Yoga Alliance's advancedlevel standard. Combined with a 200-hour foundation, it qualifies you for RYT-500 registration — the highest teacher status Yoga Alliance recognizes
But the certificate isn't the point. The point is that by day 40, you'll have taught dozens of times, been corrected dozens of times, and rebuilt your own practice from the ground up. You'll understand anatomy well enough to modify on the spot, not from memory. You'll have a real relationship with philosophy, not a set of quotes. You'll know what your own teaching voice actually sounds like
If you choose accommodation packages:
All Four are 500-hour certified with years of consistent teaching behind them. At this level, they're not just correcting your form — they're helping you find your own teaching voice.

Pricing reflects the longer duration, smaller group sizes, and the additional one-on-one mentorship built into the advanced level. We run this every month, starting the 1st and finishing on day 40.

Step 2: Check the batch dates. Find one that works for your life.
Step 3: Reach out with any questions — ask anything.

Step 6: Pay the balance 21 days before the course starts. Then show up ready to work.
One More Thing
The 200-hour training taught you the shape of teaching. This one is about finding out what's actually yours inside that shape.
By day 40, you won't have all the answers — nobody does, at any level of experience. But you'll have something most teachers never get the chance to build deliberately: a clear, tested sense of your own voice, and the depth to back it up.
That's what 300 hours is actually for.
AdvancedYTTCMost schools make you do this in two trips. Finish your 200 hours, leave, come back months or years later — if you come back at all — to do the 300-hour advanced work. We don't think that's necessary, and we don't think it serves most people.
This is one program. 65 days, start to finish, foundational to advanced, taught as a single continuous arc instead of two separate courses stitched together. You start knowing very little about teaching. You leave with a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification, an actual teaching voice, and a specialization you've had time to build properly.
This is led by Aditya Ratudi, who has spent over a decade teaching and training teachers, and who personally oversees this program from day 1 to day 65 — not just the advanced weeks. That continuity matters. The person who watches you take your first shaky attempt at cueing a class is the same person watching you lead a full workshop nine weeks later.
Nothing gets lost in a handoff between schools or teachers.
There's a short integration break between the two phases — one full rest day plus a half-day review — but the cohort, the studio, and the lead teacher stay the same throughout.

What's Not Included
Aditya Ratudi — Lead Teacher Over a decade of teaching experience, with particular depth in flexibility, handstands, and advanced asana. Aditya leads this program from day 1 through day 65 — he's the one constant across the entire arc, which is the whole point of running it as a single course instead of two. He breaks everything down clearly enough that a total beginner and a soon-to-be RYT-500 teacher can both learn from the same explanation. Patient, precise, and direct without ever making you feel small.
Dharmendra Tomar Hatha yoga specialist. Slow, precise, and especially good with students who are skeptical or coming from other movement backgrounds. He leads applied anatomy and therapeutic adjustment work in the advanced phase.
Aditya Rana Pranayama specialist, grounded in physiology rather than mysticism. He leads pranayama instruction across both phases, scaling from foundational breathing technique to advanced subtle body work.
Shiv Prakash is a skilled yoga instructor specializing in spinal alignment, mobility, and therapeutic yoga practices. With extensive experience combining chiropractic knowledge and yoga, he helps students improve posture, prevent injuries, and enhance overall body balance. His classes are focused on safe practice, body awareness, and long-term physical well-being.
All four are 500-hour certified with years of consistent teaching experience. They're here to teach, not to perform.

Upcoming Batches
Given the length of this program, we run it a few times a year rather than monthly.
Spots are limited (10-12 people per batch). Book early — these fill up faster than our shorter courses because of the smaller group size and single-teacher continuity.
Accommodation Options
Shared Room Clean and comfortable, shared with one other student. AC, WiFi, basic furniture. Within walking distance or a short ride to the studio.
Private Room Same area, same quality, just yours. Given the length of this program, many students choose private accommodation for the extra space to decompress.
Nearby Hotels We can connect you with a couple of reliable options if you want something different.
Meals
Vegetarian, cooked fresh daily. Mostly Vietnamese and Indian food. Let us know about dietary restrictions early — we can accommodate most things.
Visa: Most nationalities can get a Vietnamese visa on arrival or online. 65 days is a long stay — check current visa duration limits for your country carefully, since you may need to plan for an extension or a specific visa category.
Flight: Tan Son Nhat International Airport is the main hub. Factor in a day for jet lag if you're coming from far away.
Accommodation Start Date: If you're doing a course package, let us know your arrival date so we can have the room ready. If you're booking independently, many places take walk-ins or can be booked online.
Expectations: This is 65 days of daily, demanding training with no shortcuts between the foundation and advanced phases. You'll be tired at points. You'll question things. By the end, you'll know how to teach, and you'll know what you don't know — which, at this level, is exactly what you should know.
Do I need any prior yoga teaching experience or certification?
No. This is a standalone path from beginner to RYT-500. If you already hold a 200-hour certificate, talk to us — we can discuss whether joining at the advanced phase makes sense for you instead.
What if I've never taught before?
That's most people starting this program. You'll build up to teaching gradually across the full 65 days, with real feedback the whole way.
Is this harder than doing the 200-hour and 300-hour separately? It's more sustained, not necessarily harder. There's an integration break between phases, but no long gap where you lose momentum or have to readjust to a new teacher and cohort.
Can I do just the foundation phase and decide later about the advanced phase?
This program is sold and run as one continuous 65-day course. If you're not sure you want to commit to the full arc, our standalone 200-hour training might be the better starting point.
Do I need to be flexible to start this?
No. We've had people start barely able to touch their toes and finish as capable, grounded RYT-500 teachers. Flexibility develops along the way — it's not the entry requirement.
What if I miss a day?
We prefer you don't, given the length and continuity of the program. If something urgent comes up, we'll work with you, but there's no making up missed hours.
What's the actual teaching level when I finish?
You'll be ready to teach foundational classes confidently, lead specialty workshops, and run multi-week courses. You'll have a defined specialization and a teaching voice that's genuinely your own.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
The deposit is non-refundable. If you can't attend after paying the full balance, we can transfer your spot to another batch within a year.
That's the most we can do.
What if I'm not sure this is the right commitment for me right now?
Call us. We'll talk honestly about where you're at and whether 65 days makes sense for your life right now, or whether starting with the 200-hour course first is the better move. We won't take your money for a program that isn't the right fit.
Getting Started
Step 1: Check the batch dates. Find one that works for your life.
Step 2: Reach out with any questions — ask anything.
Step 3: Commit to the deposit. $400 USD holds your spot.
Step 4: Arrange travel, visa, and arrival — remember to check visa duration limits for a 65-day stay.
Step 5: Pay the balance 30 days before the course starts. Then show up ready to work.
Studio: Yoga Goals, Ho Chi Minh City
One More Thing
Most people who reach RYT-500 do it in pieces, often years apart, sometimes with teachers who never met each other and don't know what the other one taught you. This program is built differently on purpose. One teacher. One cohort. One continuous 65-day arc from the first pose you learn to the last workshop you lead.
By the end, you won't have two certificates from two different chapters of your life. You'll have one training that took you all the way, with someone who was there for every step of it.

What Students Say
"Yoga Goals Center is truly wonderful. I graduated from this center, and everyone here is friendly, supportive, and always willing to help one another during practice. Every time I come to the center, I feel energized, motivated, and full of positive energy. I’m grateful for the knowledge, experiences, and connections I’ve gained here. Thank you to all the teachers and fellow students for making this such a meaningful journey."
Quỳnh My Nguyễn
Vinyasa Flow
"I had a wonderful experience with Yoga Goals. I completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training last year and my 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in May 2026. Before joining Yoga Goals, I had already learned many things in Rishikesh, but I still lacked clarity in several aspects of yoga, especially asana alignment, adjustments, teaching methodology, and the deeper understanding behind the practice. Aditya Ratudi explained everything in a very simple, practical, and professional way, which helped me understand yoga much more clearly. Thank you, Aditya Ratudi and the entire Yoga Goals team, for such an amazing learning experience. "
Aman Silori
Yoga Teacher Training
"As a professional coach and someone deeply invested in physical and mental wellness, I have traveled all over the world exploring various practices, training facilities, and spiritual centers. However, my journey to Ho Chi Minh City had one very specific and profound purpose: to practice under the guidance of Raturi at Yoga Goals. I can honestly say that he is the sole reason I flew to Vietnam this time, and the experience has been nothing short of life-changing. This place is pure magic. I am endlessly grateful to Raturi and the entire team for everything you do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!"
